How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend 3–6 weeks for most events. We do take last-minute bookings — reach out and we'll let you know availability.

Do you serve outside San Francisco?

Yes. We serve the full Bay Area including Oakland, San Jose, Marin, Napa, and Sonoma. Travel fees may apply outside SF proper.

What's included in the catering package?

Cart, equipment, 2–3 trained baristas, ceremonial-grade matcha, all service supplies, full setup and breakdown. Everything — you handle nothing.

Can we get a custom branded menu?

Yes. Branded drink names, custom signage, and full menu alignment with your event theme or campaign are all available.

How many guests can you serve per hour?

Approximately 80–120 guests per hour depending on drink complexity. For large events we can discuss multi-cart setups.
